NOTICE OF POSTING OF PROPOSED ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT ORDINANCE; AND PUBLIC WATER AND SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION ORDINANCE

FLOODPLAIN MANAGEMENT AMENDMENT ORDINANCE

            An ordinance amendment to Ordinance No. 030811-2 to affirm an enforcing agency to discharge the responsibility of the Charter Township of Tallmadge located in Ottawa County; and an ordinance amendment to Ordinance No. 81280, as amended by Ordinance No. 812A83, to designate flood hazard areas under the provisions of the State Construction Code Act, Act No. 230 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended.
