IMPORTANT
NOTICE TO HOMEOWNERS WITH A MORTGAGE
If your mortgage company pays your property taxes, the
Township sends the company a statement of all taxes
due. Each property owner is responsible
for their property taxes. The Township mails tax statements
to the mortgage company as a service to the property
owner. As soon as there are any changes in your mortgage
status the Township needs to know.
